The Cotswold Male Voice Choir

The Cotswold Male Voice Choir is one of the best known and busiest choirs in Gloucestershire. Its members are drawn from all parts of the county and walks of life. We sing for the love of music and to raise funds for good causes.

We sing popular music mixed with traditional male choir favourites (including a few Welsh Hymns). We have a busy programme of concerts, social events, and commercial engagements throughout the year.

We welcome men of all ages and singing ability! You won’t have to sing an audition to join us, or to read music. You can learn by listening and singing alongside your fellow choristers (they’ll soon put you right). We are led by a professional Music Director and accompanist who ensure that the choir’s high standards and fine tradition of choral singing is maintained.

Joining The Choir

Come along to a rehearsal, no booking necessary. The Choir has over fifty members who will welcome you and help you.

We hold rehearsals every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm at: Helen Porter Hall, Dean Close School, Hatherley Road, Cheltenham GL51 6EP.
